The Radici Project

Radici Project is a unique Italian-Japanese fusion restaurant in Toronto, born from the passion of Chef Emiliano Del Frate and Manager Kayo Ito.

Our name ‘Radici’ (roots in Italian) reflects our commitment to blending Italian and Japanese culinary traditions using the finest Canadian ingredients.

We're proud to partner with Vincenso La Mura and Angela Villani, owners of the acclaimed L'Antipasto in Woodbridge.

Our Mission

We aim to set a new standard in farm-to-table dining through our commitment to:
